Disclaimer

Buckwheat Bakery has your health interest at heart. Any customers that have any form of medical condition, food intolerance or food allergy, please be aware that whilst all our products are free of gluten and some of our products are vegan, they are produced in a kitchen which uses dairy, eggs, soy and nuts.

Every attempt is made to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions. However, there is always risk of contamination, as in our kitchen we use products such as milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame seeds. Although we have strict cross-contamination policies; we cannot guarantee a total absence of traces in our products.

Customers with food allergies must be aware of this risk. The responsibility lies with customers to inform us of any allergies when placing orders.

Buckwheat Bakery will not assume or accept any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or items one may come in contact with whilst eating any of our products.

Our gluten-free flour blend contains white rice flour, brown rice flour, buckwheat, potato flour, corn flour, tapioca starch, chickpea flour and xanthan gum.

Not all ingredients are listed, so for allergy related queries, please contact steph@buckwheatbakery.com
